Terms of Use
IMMA CRM · IMMA Technologies LLC · Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. The service
IMMA CRM is a customer-relationship management tool provided by IMMA Technologies LLC (“IMMA Technologies”, “we”). It helps you organize your own customers, prospects, follow-ups, tasks and notes. IMMA CRM is a software tool — it is not a consulting, legal, accounting or marketing service, and nothing it produces is professional advice.
2. Your data, your responsibility
The data you enter or import is yours. You are responsible for its accuracy, for keeping it up to date, and for having the right to use the contact information you store. You can export your data and download a full backup at any time from inside the app.
3. The AI assistant
Ask IMMA CRM reads your data to answer questions and prepares actions for you. It only carries out an action after your one-tap confirmation, and every confirmed action is recorded in an audit trail. AI output can be incomplete or wrong — review everything it prepares before you rely on it. You are responsible for the actions you confirm.
4. Acceptable use
Use IMMA CRM only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to send spam or unlawful communications, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to access another company’s data. Each company’s data is isolated, and attempts to break that isolation may result in termination.
5. Service provided “as is”
During the launch pilot the service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it up and your data backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that the tool will meet every specific need of your business.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of IMMA Technologies for any claim related to IMMA CRM is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim — or USD 100 if you paid nothing. IMMA Technologies is not liable for lost profits, lost data that results from your own deletions, or decisions you make based on the tool’s output.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, and material changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
